DeJong and Lebet, Inc., aided in the design of these vessels being built at Marine Builders, Inc. These vessels are powered by twin Cummins Marine Engines KTA50-M2 Diesels rated at 1600 bhp and 1800 rpm. They operate year-around in both shallow and drift-strewn rivers. The vessels are operated by SCF Marine, Inc. Hull number 1 was the DYLAN WAXLER, hull number 2 was the McKENZIE WAXLER, pictured below.
